The projects page in the backend shows you all available projects. Each project has links to the changelog and the setup. Clicking on a project will activate the project in the backend, all data, modules, plugins, etc will now be related to the active project.

Additionally there's a quick project selection available in the top navigation bar. If a project has been activated, clicking on the first link will open the project's home page.
